My goal is to provide information that is easily understood and accessible. While the law and legal system can be complex there is no reason to make it more complicated than it already is.

I have an interest in what is normally labeled as “transactional law.” Transactional law is what goes on outside of litigation. It typically involves negotiation, preparing documents, counseling people in need of advice, and other things neccessary to the growth and development of people and business. Because of my interest, I have spent a lot of time working with individauls, companies, and governments involved in this area and have a little bit of advice that I have picked up along the way.

In my free time I write these blog posts, read, cook, and explore where I live. I enjoy learning and want to help other people learn and grow with less effort than I did.
